Constructed of steele for dry, high density applications such as juice, kombucha sets, single serve beverage areas, meat and deli. AirFlo does not recommend for misting areas - we always recommend aluminum for those areas. We do recommend using our Glide RollerShelf, Shelf Self Facer or Gravity Feed system with this shelf - makes it easy to face while adding additional merchandising space.
