Warranty and Disclaimer

Carlson AirFlo warranties our products against any manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to all products used in accordance with the intended design established in our collateral and sales materials. If products were used for applications outside of their intended design, please call us to review your case on an individual basis.

Factors that could affect the warranty would include, but are not limited to;

high pressure chemical washing: a process that could remove the anodizing finish.

carelessness in removing and replacing the racks for cleaning.

use of racks in manner for which they were not originally designed.

use of racks to support products that exceed the weight limitations of the racks.

The products Carlson AirFlo has produced have been constructed with the quality that has become an AirFlo trademark. We continue to finish the majority of products by anodizing in place of the less expensive e-coating process that has shown failure in a period of less then one year. Anodized racks that have been in use for the past 5-10 years have continued to hold their integrity and have the same acceptable anodized finish we are still using today.

We feel comfortable that the products produced by our company will far outlive the warranty period. Carlson AirFlo stands behind our product and should you experience a problem with one of our products we will give you our prompt attention in reviewing the situation.
